It’s important to us that our colleagues feel they can bring their true selves to work and achieve their fullest potential. We make it a priority to create equal opportunities for everybody who wants to come and work with us. With kickstarter programmes, our InnovateHer partnership and career returner schemes, we’ve got lots in the works to educate and open up opportunities to more people in our communities.
We recently took a deeper look at how we’re doing – and we need to take more action in some places. Through co-creation sessions with our colleague-led networks, diversity and inclusion sponsors, retail, corporate social responsibility, and people leadership teams, we’ve set out five key commitments for us all to drive towards.
