Say hello to our category management team. They work at the heart of our business, sourcing, buying and ranging the products we know our customers love, so that they shop with us time and time again.
Our categories include fashion, developing categories, home, and electrical, accompanied by global sourcing. Within the wider retail team, these categories are supported by the retail planning and operations, marketing, and digital product and customer experience functions.
The teams are collaborating more than ever before with trading, marketing and customer experience within the wider retail team, allowing us to better understand our customers needs to give us quicker more informed decision-making.
We already have a pretty impressive offering;
1,800 world leading brands including our own brand V by Very that has graced the covers of some pretty big magazines. And we don’t have any plans to slow down.
Our huge breadth of offering means our customers have access to more products and ways to pay than ever before, for every situation that life throws at them, from a last minute night out, family holiday or saving the day with the latest toy for Christmas. The team is based in Liverpool and London
This team is based between our Liverpool and London Victoria offices.
Merchandising Manager – Women’s branded team
In this exciting new role, you’ll be responsible for clothing, footwear and everything in-between. It involves leading a team of around 20 colleagues to drive growth, build capability, change mindsets, and continuously adapt to the challenges that come with being a pure digital retailer. It’s about shaping and building a best in class team, while providing the right support to ensure everyone can be their best.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating innovative ways to make the most of our current product offering. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to create new opportunities to increase trading, you’ll challenge processes and help us develop new ways of working, and you’ll also step in and help our senior buyers deliver when necessary. Above all, you’ll focus on strengthening our brand in the market.
