The team also make sure that all of our products are fully compliant with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, maintaining our commitment to responsible lending and to treating customers fairly. The team have been consistently recognised for their outstanding work in this area over the last couple of years, and truly are at the core of The Very Groups success as a fintech retailer.

Roles

Credit risk analyst

Our credit risk analysts utilise our impressive amount of data available to make more informed credit lending decisions for our financial services business, ultimately creating value for our customers and The Very Group.

Fraud Investigator

Our dedicated Fraud team have played a huge part in solving some of the largest crime rings in the UK over the past few years, and as financial crime continues to evolve so do our Fraud Investigators. The team investigate hundreds of orders and accounts per week, delving into the detail and thinking out site of the box means this role requires someone with a keen eye for detail.

Compliance manager

Our compliance managers keep abreast of regulatory policy developments and advise on the expected business impact of these changes. They're responsible for fully understanding ongoing change within the business and assessing their potential impact on existing policy, process and risk.
