Making our careers site more accessible

We want everyone to have a great experience when visiting our careers site, including people using assistive technologies. In October 2025, we made some updates to improve accessibility across the site. These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to building a culture of everyday inclusion, and you can find out more about that on our D&I pages.

We know there’s always more we can do, so if you’ve got feedback to share, we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch by emailing comms@theverygroup.com.
