About the team

This is a team transforming what it means to work in retail. As one of the biggest functions in our business, they bring together some of the most creative, analytical and commercial minds in the industry covering buying, marketing, creative, planning and more.

About the role

Reporting to our Trading Director (for Fashion, Sports and Home), the Collaboration Lead will be responsible for supporting them and the retail leadership team (a total of five directors) in their day-to-day role, to allow them to focus on their department priorities and their strategic direction.

Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Pro-actively handle diaries and time management, remaining flexible to frequent and often short-notice changes.
  • Supporting with travel plans including booking of hotels/trains/flights etc.
  • Where required attending meetings alongside the GLT, taking accurate notes/minutes; distributing actions and following up effectively.
  • Co-ordination and tracking of purchase orders and where required, expenses.

About you

  • The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines, effectively prioritise a demanding workload and have strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Proven administration experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in coordinating stakeholders with varied priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Demonstrable organisation and communication skills, and able to apply these to office systems and processes.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to be people orientated and be driven by excellent customer service.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders internally and externally, at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.

2nd Stage – A one-hour formal interview where you can expect both competency and technical questions. This can be held either in-person or remotely.
