About the team.

We're seeking a Category Assistant to join our Gifts and Beauty team which covers brands and product types across Personal Care, Gifts, Beauty and Fragrance. 

This is a really exciting time for our Beauty category as we are focusing on a new strategy and your role will be pivotal in curating a credible assortment that our customers love with relevant brand onboarding and dedicated Beauty marketing plans. 

You would work with large well known brands such as Dyson, GHD, Elemis and Marc Jacobs. Collaborating with them to drive brand strategies and forge impactful partnerships.

About the role.

  • Implement and process all supported promotional communications and on-site execution.
  • Utilise pricing tools to assist the category in market analysis and contribute to pricing recommendations under supervision.
  • Co-ordinate the end-to-end product setup process from initiation to launch, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure all range and availability data is accurately input whilst working with supply chain and suppliers to ensure stock levels and on-sale administrative tasks are carried out accordingly.
  • Generate routine reports for the category team and external partners, providing administrative support and data analysis as needed.
  • Development and Progression opportunity – aid in sourcing process for new suppliers or brands, selection and range development, while learning about forecasting, trading, and promotional strategies
