About the role.

We are a dynamic and fast-paced team, where we work cross-functionally to bring our Fashion, Sports, and Home activities to life. From executing major global brand campaigns to reactive activity alligned to ever-changing trading conditions, this role offers variety and requires someone who is adaptable, agile, and a strong creative thinker, unafraid to challenge the status quo.

As part of this role, you will develop, implement, and analyse onsite trade marketing updates for our retail categories, including full-price, promotional, and in-season proactive trading activities aligned with our trading calendars. You'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and creative thinking, identifying new opportunities to maximize product category performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and own the delivery of all on-site trade marketing updates and campaigns in-line with category objectives and trading calendar priorities.
  • Must have the ability to think creatively and innovate with new ideas and opportunities to maximise category performance.
  • Own onsite customer journey, implementing continuous improvements to aid conversion rate and traffic. 
  • Own and manage Jira briefs ensuring accuracy of data and all key contacts are informed of requirements and deadlines. 
  • Must work to a critical path ensuring all activity is live by required timelines, are accurate to brief and error free via weekly artwork and staging site checks.

About you.

  • Enjoy building relationships with a wide network of people and working cross-functionally.
  • Possess solid commercial knowledge and have the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Have experience in planning.
  • Be passionate about new ideas and opportunities, with the ambition to innovate.
  • Experience working with a market-leading retailer is desirable.
  • Be data-savvy, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.

2nd stage -  A one-hour formal task based interview This will be held in-person at our Speke, Liverpool office.
