We’re putting our D&I ambition into action across five key areas.

  1. Neurodiversity: We’re building a workplace where neurodivergent teammates feel supported to reach their full potential by raising awareness, offering tools that work for different needs, and designing inclusive processes for different ways of thinking.

  2. Race and ethnicity: We’re creating a culture where people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds feel seen, heard and valued. We’re tackling systemic barriers and increasing representation, especially in leadership, to drive lasting change.

  3. Disability inclusion: We’re making sure our workplaces and systems are accessible for everyone, backed by the right adjustments, flexibility and a culture of understanding.

  4. Gender and sexuality: We want people of all genders and sexual orientations to feel supported to be themselves. We’re focused on equal opportunities, tackling stereotypes and building a culture of respect and inclusion.

  5. Social mobility and early careers: Brilliant talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t. We’re working hard to change that by partnering with inclusive schemes like the 10,000 Black Interns Programme and developing early careers pathways into the workplace for underrepresented talent.
