Accounts Payable Clerk - 12 month FTC

About the role.
This role's purpose is to be responsible for ensuring Customer Refund cheques are processed and delivered to the customer within the expected deadline.
Key Responsibilities.
- Ensure queries are resolved and communicated to teams around the business enabling them to support the customer.
- You will be required to support other members of the team in their roles on occasions.
- You will be required to reconcile payments to various reports to ensure accuracy.
- Follow P2P best practice/policies/operating procedures in regard to supplier invoices payments helping to identify opportunities for improvement
About you.
- Basic excel skills, but not essential as training will be provided
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A good team player
- Proven track record of process improvement.
