This growth means we need to continue to evolve and grow the brand team that are spearheading this evolution of the business. An exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our fantastic team and become a key player in the continued evolution of the business through both our creative and media strategies.
In the role of Campaign Manager this position will work on the inception, development and deployment of large-scale brand campaigns delivering across a wide range of product verticals from fashion to electricals and onto pure brand moments.
The Campaign Manager will work hand in hand with agencies across creative, media and communications to deliver game-changing campaigns spurring the business forwards.
We believe this role represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced brand marketeer to step into an online retailer perfectly set up to capitalise on the growth and change in the retail space we’ve seen over the past couple of years.
You’ll have a minimum of 5 years working for or with a major consumer-facing brand with a track record of delivering innovation both in media and creative across a multitude of platforms.
You will be used to managing various projects at once and be capable of driving strategic change and ambition in a fast-paced environment,
In terms of personality, we’re looking for a team player who can bring energy and excitement to the role. You’ll be a self-starter and equally happy to lead as well as roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with everyone else. You’ll have the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and hold your own with senior leaders.

Essential knowledge, skills, role-specific qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience across advertising (multi-channel) and media planning.
- Strong creative development experience, designing and executing with excellence. An eye for detail and understanding of brand guardianship.
- Understanding of media and the roles of channels.
- Strong commercial awareness, and a track record of delivering against agreed KPI’s.
- Strong stakeholder management, confidence to lead and influence agency partners.
- Experience managing multimillion pound budgets.
- Ability to operate and influence at a senior level.
