The opportunity.

An exciting new role has opened up for a dedicated Email Marketing Executive to come and join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be responsible for the development and implementation of CRM and Email marketing campaigns for our team, specifically supporting the electricals team and the Samsung brand.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop creative briefs for activity in line with CRM and Trading Email plans for Samsung and present to internal creative teams, external agencies and key partners
  • Implementation and delivery of campaigns/activity with key partners (including compliance and legal) to ensure they are implemented within brand guidelines, within budget and on time
  • Review and interpret email campaign results from GA and recommend changes to improve future campaigns/activity.
  • Identify new opportunities / campaigns to improve business performance and objectives.
  • Lead processes with key internal and external contacts to ensure efficient processes, such as creative, content, brand teams and email deployment agency.
  • Understanding of trigger campaigns, targeting, personalisation, segmentation and lifecycle events.

About you.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Positive relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing techniques
  • Passion for new insights and opportunities and ambition to innovate
  • Experience in working with market-leading email service providers (Desirable)
  • Good knowledge of email marketing techniques (Desirable)
  • Ability to think creatively and tackle problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team
  • Ability to understand and interpret briefs in order to advise on capability to support campaigns
  • Ability to work at ease under time and commercial pressures
