The Very Group is home to, and a team of 4,500 super-talented people. We are currently looking for FLT Drivers to work from our state of the art fulfilment centre, Skygate, based in the East Midlands.

About the role


  • Replenishing and putting away stock using FLT
  • Tipping and Palletise stock directly from trailers
  • Decant of stock from cartons to totes
  • Support other areas of the warehouse

We have positions on both days and nights where you'll be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Our shift patterns are fixed and are 06:00 - 18:00 (days) and 18:00 - 06:00 (nights). These new roles are based at our state of art warehouse, Skygate based in the East Midlands.

Days - £11.75 per hour

Nights - £13.87 per hour (between 10pm - 6am)


More about you...

In order to be considered for these vacancies you must have the relevant experience and be prepared to work on a fixed shift pattern (4 on 4 off, days or nights). Whilst we will be offering driver refresher courses and full system training on our WMS, applicants must have at least 6 months experience of operating MHE.

  • 6 months experience in driving a REACH or VNA Truck
  • Valid AITTB or RTITB accredited driving certificates covering REACH, VNA or Counter Balance Trucks
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment
  • Clear understanding of the importance of achieving productivity targets
  • Understands the importance of waste management
  • Comprehends the importance of Health and Safety by complying with company policies and procedures.
