About the team.
The Fashion, Sports & Home Trade Marketing team is a dynamic group in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working alongside a collaborative and agile team to bring innovative ideas to life; seeking new ways to improve the customer journey, reacting to trade, supporting performance, and building onsite plans to launch events and campaigns. You'll act as a bridge between category, marketing, and other departments, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across the business.
About the role.
The role will be to support the development and delivery of Fashion, Sports and Home trading plans to engage & drive growth, bringing together all elements within the Trading calendar. The role requires constant analysis of online trading data to review and recommend actions for the best customer journey, ensuring we continue to put the customer at the heart of our decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and delivery of activity plans alongside the Trade Lead
- Analysing online trading data to review and recommend actions to drive growth across key digital metrics (traffic, click through, conversion) - using data to drive efficiencies
- Improving onsite conversion of links, product & campaigns
- Leading in key weekly & monthly meetings ensuring the customer onsite journey is representative of Category plans & competitor activity
- Supporting the collation and management of the category trading calendar with the support of the Trade Lead, ensuring priorities are aligned to wider business strategy and delivery of key initiatives
- Deputising for the Trade Lead in weekly meetings ensuring the FSH share of voice on site is represented
- Developing a strong understanding of key competitors in the FSH market, whilst making suggestions to adapt & change plans in season
- Analysing sales, budgets and customer changing needs and suggest plan adjustments accordingly
- Supporting in building and delivering category plans which align to TVG strategy, managing the end-to-end process
- Manage a team of marketing executives to deliver all plans on time to industry leading standards
About you
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Trade Lead to join our fast-paced team. You'll have a good balance of being a strong strategic thinker whilst being passionate about creative innovation; not afraid to challenge the status quo and think outside the box. Your ability to analyse data and spot opportunities will be crucial in supporting the delivery of category trading plans.

2nd stage – A one-hour formal interview where you can expect both competency and technical questions. This can be held either in-person or remotely.
