We’re looking for a Learning Consultant (Academies) to join us on an initial 6-month fixed term contract.
About the role
The Learning Consultant (Academies) is a critical part of designing, delivering, and implementing the technical development programs which make up the academy. Providing the opportunity to accelerate talent through the academy model.
You’ll also play an important role in driving the continuous improvement of the function by bringing in industry best practise to drive innovative high-impact learning solutions, providing governance and structure to learning solutions and evaluating their effectiveness.
The successful candidate to bring with them;
- Demonstrable experience working with a Technology function and the skills required
- An understanding of practices of learning design and program design.
- An understanding of adult learning practices
- Credibility in front of a senior audience, persuasive and with advanced influencing skills
- Divergent thinking who can disrupt the norm and deliver leading-edge solutions
