About the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Training Manager or, an inspirational facilitator looking for their next career bring a passion for creating best in class learning experiences and developing people with the ability to apply a customer service lens to all things training The Operational Training manager will support the implementation of the L&D strategy and drive the delivery of operational training - to equip our customer care colleagues for success.

You will work with a diverse group of people and will report directly into the Customer Care Operation with a dotted line into our Talent Development team. You will work directly with managers, colleagues, compliance, HR and the wider operation so the ability to build relationships is key!

You’ll build on new ways of working to ensure the creation and delivery of exceptional learning experiences are shaped and executed, ensuring that robust and effective training is in place and meets the needs of the business.

Working with the Business Partner and wider business you will help drive business success by helping to shape the learning strategy for the operational world, ensuring we upskill against our business change activity, shifting mind-sets and building capability.

You will already be passionate about training and be able to demonstrate experience of delivering this in a similar environment. What will you get in return?
