Our Customer Experience and Digital Product Teams are not slowing down either, we are rebuilding our front-end technology and creating customer product teams charged with creating simple, intuitive and innovative experiences for our customers.
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the way with one of our newly formed squads.
What will you be doing?
You will be leading a 'squad'. A squad is a cross functional team, made up of a PM, Delivery Manager, Engineering Lead, Software Engineers, Architects, QA Engineers, Platform Engineers, Bas, UX Designers and UX Researchers.
We've found that working in squads across our customer journey on our websites and apps allows us to focus on the whole experience to give our customers a seamless experience at every touch point
You will join the newly formed squad and will be responsible for setting the vision, goals & roadmaps to deliver the right outcomes for our customers and business
This role requires a blend of strategic and hands on work, you will be able to drive and articulate your future vision, whilst owning the product lifecycle & leading a cross functional team to deliver at pace.
You will do this by working closely with your peers & relevant business stakeholders to define and agree the roadmap.
We’d love to hear from you if:
Have experience as a product Manager within a digital environment, bank or retail business.
You are passionate about using data and insight to drive product decisions
You drive customer centricity by keeping them at the heart of all product decisions.
You are able to bring market knowledge, understanding of trends in our industry, as well as future tech (trends in apps and future channels).
You champion and evolve lean discovery methods to validate problems and opportunities to ensure we are driving a test learn culture
You have commercial acumen and are quickly able to gain a deep understanding of the business model
You are a fantastic communicator and leader. You have the communication skills to help you work cross-functionally with business stakeholder inspiring at all levels.
