We are very excited to be recruiting for a Root Cause Analyst.

This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract

About the role

It’s a great time to join The Very Group; Our award-winning customer care team are rewriting the rule book when it comes to brilliant customer service.

The RCA team identify trends in complaints and customer enquiries by analysing data; identify the root cause of complaints and then make recommendations for process improvements. Ultimately to drive positive customer outcomes.

You will need to analyse and interpret data using various analytical methods, you will need to analyse various trends based on the nature, for example based on the reason for the complaint or by brand (Littlewoods, Very etc) Using root cause analysis you will determine the cause for complaint, investigate and make recommendations to the wider business.

You will make informed decisions using data, and then collaborate with business owners to support the implementation of solutions and improvements.

You will be passionate about best practice and be able to engage stakeholders at various levels. Customer satisfaction is directly affected by work this team do and so ultimately holding the customer at the heart of your daily work is key. You will be a team player who loves to collaborate, bring new ideas and build long term relationships, you enjoy using data to drive decisions and will be able to take people on that journey with you.

This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about data, who can spot trends and patterns and someone who thinks of themselves as a natural problem solver. You will in return be given lots of support and development, working as part of a fun, creative and supportive team.

Please note you would still flex your time between the office and working from home (likely 70% of the week from home)
