About the role.

This role is critical; as we invest across the business Customer Service is a huge focus and this role needs someone who can provide stable, validated reporting for the operation and wider leadership team. Managing a team of 4 analysts to provide data across all major KPI's/SLA's/ performance management etc. The person will work with an incredibly diverse range of people and stakeholders, both internally and externally. For sure, it’s fast-paced, super demanding and is an everyday busy role for someone who thrives with this work, but you truly can make a change with the investment and insight that the business will provide.

The Senior Reporting Manager will be responsible for data processing and developing user interfaces suitable for data and information to be published to over 1,500 colleagues. You will lead your own team of analysts and share our passion for inspiring and developing talent in your space with the overall aim to effectively manage delivery of reporting for Customer Care, including reporting of key customer metrics to exec, senior leadership team and operational teams.
