The Customer Care Tribe is responsible for managing and handling customer service requests in an efficient, compliant, and secure manner. The tribe supports customer identity management, profile & preference, case management, knowledge management, customer satisfaction, communications using a variety of channels and the planning and strategy for the Customer Care operations teams.

The CRM Squad is responsible for building and managing the applications that supports case management, knowledge management, customer satisfaction and communications. These applications are built on strategic platforms in AWS and Salesforce Service Cloud!

About the role

We are looking for someone with QA experience in a similar environment, who can demonstrate a track record of delivering testing through Agile processes and a flexible, curious can-do mindset.

The way you think and approach your work is as meaningful as technical capability. You engage, collaborate, build trust and are comfortable to talk to Tech and Business team, so that you can build, scope, and execute tests

You can self- manage your time, think independently, be responsible for your deliverables, and thrive in an environment where you are trusted to do the right thing.

You have a curiosity around the way things are done and have a thirst to self-develop and keep current in the testing domain.

You’ll work with the CRM squad and wider QA community and Customer Care Tribe to seek solutions to issues and strive for continuous improvements to keep the Squad current and be part of the QA Community at the Very Group.

Our squad is obsessed with improving the experience for our Contact Centre agents and our aim is to become best in class for this space. As you may imagine, our stakeholder expectations are high.

What you will bring to the role

  • Test experience covering analysing solutions, building the appropriate test coverage and techniques to prove the acceptance criteria. You consider functional integration testing, non-functional testing and appreciate where automation testing can add value
  • Ability to highlight & communicate risks and impacts to the squad to allow appropriate and timely decision making by the Delivery Lead
  • Experience of working in Agile teams and engaging in agile ceremonies, such as stand ups, 3 Amigos and Retros with other squad members
  • Experience working with automated test & release pipeline using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Copado or similar
  • Experience using test tools to manage testing and defects, such as Jira
  • Experience of integration testing
  • Experience testing within a Salesforce environment
