Our brilliant colleague-led networks play an important role in helping us to be a more inclusive organisation.

Together, they spark inspiration, connection and positive action through authentic storytelling and initiatives that drive us closer towards our D&I commitments.

They're also a very friendly place to meet, connect and get involved in making positive change.

WAVE supports those who identify as women, with the aim of inspiring and empowering members. The network encourages conversations around diversity and inclusion with the wider business, to drive positive change for the benefit of all Very teammates.

RAVE is open to anyone from an ethnic minority background. The network aims to accelerate Very’s approach to being a more racially diverse and representative company.

Our LGBT+ network is open to anyone who identifies as LGBT+ or considers themselves an ally. The network aims to spread awareness of LGBT+ issues and raise money and awareness for associated causes.

THINK is open to anyone who is passionate about neurodiversity. The network aims to drive inclusion, provide education and support, and enable neurodivergent teammates to thrive.

GENS connects and engages diverse groups of peers from the same generation, both socially and from a career perspective.

MIND is open to everyone at Very. The network aims to create a safe space for teammates to connect, learn and share experiences about mental health.

DAWN brings disabled teammates and carers together in a safe space to shared lived experiences, offer support, open-up important conversations and drive meaningful change.
