FS Marketing Campaign Manager - 6 month FTC

About the team.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Financial Services Marketing team to help promote our core FS and partner products to our customers. This is an exciting time to join the team, with the launch of Sigma.iQ and the development of our new FS product, Instalment Plans, launching later this year.
About the role.
You will be responsible for the planning, creation, deployment and reporting of key FS credit, insurance or partner communications.
You will also be responsible for the implementation, optimisation and delivery of key aspects of our FS marketing activity across all channels, onsite and offsite ensuring all communications are fit for purpose from a business and customer perspective.
You will identify areas of campaign optimisation and improvement and build test plans to support business cases, managing the roll out and evaluation of defined activities using a number of marketing disciplines.
Working collaboratively with the Retail Campaign Team and other key stakeholders, you will deliver best in class FS marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to budget management and sign off processes.
Monitoring competitor activity alongside industry and regulatory developments, you will identify opportunities and risks to our activity and adapt plans and delivery of FS marketing activity as needed.
About you.
- Demonstrable marketing experience, preferably within retail financial services or a consumer environment.
- A good understanding of the end-to-end marketing process across all marketing channels from the development of insight-led campaign propositions to measurement against campaign, marketing and channel objectives.
- Strong direct marketing experience, including an enhanced view of digital communications and the online channel.
- Experience providing input to the formulation of customer-centric marketing plans with clear deliverables and tangible KPIs and metrics.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams, including providing direction for and building relationships with external suppliers and 3rd party partners.
- Experience presenting concepts and ideas to multiple stakeholders at varying levels within the business, identifying solutions to improve and optimise performance whilst considering our customers.
- An understanding of the requirements associated with all aspects of FS governance & sign off required for the appropriate development and delivery of FS marketing communications and initiatives.
