About the role.

Join us as an FS Commercial Pricing Analytics Graduate and play a key part in shaping data-driven decisions within our Financial Services business. You’ll collaborate with talented teams, contribute to business improvements, and gain hands-on experience in analytics, modelling, and stakeholder engagement. This role is designed to nurture future analytics leaders, giving you the tools and support to grow your career with confidence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support pricing strategy for Very Financial Services products at customer acquisition stage and through the customer lifecycle including promotional pricing
  • Champion data-driven decision making, helping the Very FS business unlock new opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and analyse tests that drive positive change, working closely with Commercial, Product, and Credit Risk teams.
  • Build and share reporting for key business KPIs, presenting insights to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Support model development and strategy optimisation for pricing and targeting.
  • Size up future opportunities by developing data-driven business cases with our Finance teams.
  • Participate in the design and analysis of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Help develop automated dashboards and reporting tools for profit assumption tracking.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of unit profit models.
  • Present findings and recommendations that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.

About you.

Essential

  • You hold a degree in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • You’re a creative problem solver, able to turn commercial challenges into analytical solutions.
  • You bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to the table.
  • Your communication skills shine—you make complex analysis accessible to everyone.
  • You build strong relationships with colleagues and partners, valuing every perspective.
  • You’re curious, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to improve.

Desirable

  • Courses in data analytics or data science are a plus. Other sciences may also be suitable.
  • Coding experience (SQL, Python) is beneficial, especially with analytical packages like NumPy, Pandas, or Scikit-Learn.

What happens next?

Following your application, our Talent Acquisition team will review your CV and be in touch if you’re selected to progress, so keep an eye on your emails.

You’ll then be invited to complete a two-stage video interview. The first stage is a short numerical assessment. The second stage is a values-based interview, where you’ll pre-record your answers to a number of questions and share them with the Talent team.

If successful, you’ll be invited to a half-day assessment centre at our head office in Speke, Liverpool. In the morning, you’ll take part in a group task, followed by a final behavioural interview.

The assessment centre is designed to give us a great understanding of your skills and behaviours, while also giving you the chance to learn more about life at Very and the customers and families we serve.
