About the team

Supporting the financial operations of the TVG Fulfilment centres (located in East Midlands and Wrexham), with a primary base in the East Midlands. They are responsible for the accuracy of financial reporting and information by ensuring accurate recording of transactions and records.

About the role

  • Responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including month-end reporting
  • Responsible for the accurate recording of transactions in the general ledger and the completion of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Build relationships with other departments to support the Operational Fulfilment team with financial queries
  • Monitor and communicate performance against Budgets and Targets with Operational teams, providing analysis and insight
  • Create, maintain and automate reports
  • Assist with preparation of financial analysis and presentations

About you

  • An understanding of double entry book keeping is required, ideally working towards AAT or other accounting qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel is a key requirement
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-pace environment and tight time constraints, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive self-starter and team player, able to work independently while building strong, productive relationships across functions with confidence and ease
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads effectively across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a curious, analytical mindset

First stage – A one-hour MS Teams call with the Hiring Team

Second stage - Final Interview face to face interview with a Senior Stakeholder within the Team
