About us

We’re the team behind digital retailer Very.

Our purpose, helping families get more out of life, powers everything we do.

And we want our people to get more out of life too! If you’re high-performing, ambitious and make the most of every opportunity, we want to hear from you. In return, you’ll enjoy heaps of flexibility, great perks and benefits, and the freedom to be yourself, keep learning and take your career wherever you want it to go.

If you love making a difference, you’ll love making it sparkle for millions of Very customers. ✨

About the team

You’ll be joining our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) tribe where we’re reimagining what great looks like across mobile and web.

This isn’t about small tweaks. It’s about shaping a joined-up, intuitive experience that sets Very apart from other online retailers.

We have real ownership here. We define the vision, design the journeys and bring them to life. And as a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of that, helping teams understand the problem, focus on what matters and deliver real impact.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers, influencing decisions from early discovery right through to launch and beyond. Your work won’t just sit on a page. It will show up in the experiences millions of customers use every day.

If you’ve got a background in digital retail and care about creating seamless customer journeys, this is a chance to do your best work.

About the role

  • Turning customer needs and business goals into clear, meaningful problems to solve
  • Shaping ideas early, using insight, data and curiosity to guide direction
  • Creating user stories and requirements that are simple, focused and built for delivery
  • Mapping journeys and processes to spot friction and unlock better experiences
  • Working closely with product and engineering teams to keep delivery clear and on track
  • Helping prioritise what matters most so we focus on outcomes, not just output
  • Bringing people together to align on decisions, trade-offs and next steps
  • Measuring success after launch and using that insight to keep improving

About you

You understand digital. You’ve worked in online retail or a similar customer-focused environment and know what great looks like.

You’re comfortable working in Agile teams and enjoy being close to delivery, not just defining requirements and stepping away.

You ask smart questions, challenge constructively and bring clarity where things feel unclear. You’re just as confident running a workshop as you are mapping a journey or analysing data.

You enjoy working with others. Building relationships, influencing decisions and helping teams move forward together.

Most of all, you care about the customer. You want to build experiences that are simple, intuitive and genuinely better.

Some of our benefits

  • £1000 flexible benefits allowance to suit your needs
  • 30 days holiday + bank holidays
  • LinkedIn Learning access
  • Bonus potential (performance and business-related)
  • Up to 25% discount on Very.co.uk
