About the role.
This is an exciting opportunity to come and join our successful compliance team, in our fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You will be responsible for the execution of compliance monitoring and testing, and have the opportunity to support in the design and development of the monitoring and testing programme.
Drawing on your experience and understanding of financial service regulations you will be making best use of the increasing amount of data available to develop outcomes focused reporting which presents a holistic view of business policy and regulatory risk and pushes actionable management information across the compliance function.
Working closely with the leadership team you will help us make the right decisions at the right time, providing the business with appropriate insight, advice and guidance aligned to the regulatory regime communicated in a compelling, impactful way.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of our compliance monitoring and testing programme.
- Support in the design, development and execution of the compliance reporting suite.
- Conducting assurance, outcome and data driven testing reviews in line with the agreed methodology.
- Ensuring the delivery of timely and thorough compliance testing reports as detailed in the testing program covering all business functions.
- Providing timely and accurate management information where relevant to internal stakeholders.
About you.
As part of the monitoring team you will be making best use of the increasing amount of data available to make more informed decisions for our financial services business, ultimately ensuring good customer outcomes.
In this business-critical role, you’ll be curious, analytical and logical by nature with a keen eye for detail. Experience with SQL is desirable along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
You should have an understanding of the FCA’s rules and regulations such as CONC, ICOBS and DISP. Ideally, you will have occupied a role previously in a consumer credit firm where you show understanding of the issues and challenges that can arise in this area.
Passionate about data you’ll be consistently identifying areas for potential improvement or innovation. You will have the chance to shape our processes through the reporting you produce and be able to make a positive and tangible difference to the experience of our customer.
You will be commercially aware, structured and methodical in your approach. You will be prudent, inquisitive and analytical in order to be able to develop and deliver pragmatic solutions. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and you will possess the gravitas necessary to work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business.
