About the role.

We’re looking for two proactive, relationship-driven Creative Account Manager's to join our fast-paced, collaborative team at Hello Studio. You’ll be the trusted link between our clients - both internal stakeholders and external brand partners and our creative teams, ensuring project communications run smoothly, delivering amazing results, and feels like magic from start to finish.

From briefing to delivery, you’ll guide campaign delivery with clarity, and commercial awareness. This is your chance to shape not just what we create, but how we create it - building trusted partnerships and elevating the Hello Studio experience at every touchpoint.

What you’ll be doing:

Client & Campaign Management

  • Manage a portfolio of internal and external accounts, developing trusted relationships to drive growth.
  • Lead the tactical execution of creative campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear communication on expectations, scope, and any impact on costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work aligned with briefs and Statements of Work.
  • Monitor budgets, track time, and ensure profitability across accounts.
  • Stay ahead of creative and digital trends to provide authoritative input during briefings.

Client Relationships

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, building long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • Lead regular check-ins, status updates, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Handle feedback with professionalism, resolving issues or escalating when needed.
  • Ensure every client feels heard, supported, and excited about what’s next.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support new business pitches and proposal development.

People & Culture

  • Champion Hello Studio’s values and foster a culture of proactive excellence.
  • Mentor team members and share knowledge across departments.
  • Collaborate with wider teams across The Very Group, including Brand, Social, and Paid Media.

About you.

You’re a driven, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for delivering world-class, data-driven campaigns to a dynamic client portfolio. Confident in presenting ideas with creative authority, you build strong relationships and manage the delivery of strategic, high-performing campaigns with precision and flair.

  • Proven experience in agency or in-house account management.
  • Proven success managing client relationships and delivering performance improvements.
  • Strong understanding of creative content delivery across the full creative funnel in all channels.
  • Excellent communicator with top-tier presentation and writing skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns with ease.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Passionate about creativity, results, and building meaningful partnerships.
  • Up to date with social and digital trends.
  • Willing to travel for meetings and shoots when needed.
  • Customer obsessed, gaining deep knowledge of your clients specific target customer needs and be a brand guardian of the creative platforms being delivered.

You can expect a one-stage interview process for this position:

1st stage - An informal 30-45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.

2nd stage - A one-hour formal task based interview. This will be held in-person at our Speke, Liverpool office.
