About the role.
We are looking for a Creative Project Manager who brings clarity, pace and brilliant organisation to our Brand team. You’ll help us grow the output of our advertising, social and influencer teams by building smart processes, smoothing delivery and keeping everyone aligned. What you’ll be doing
- Managing end to end delivery of brand advertising campaigns, from brief through to execution, ensuring all activity lands on time and to a high standard.
- Building and maintaining clear workflows across Advertising and Creative that map interdependencies, track progress and highlight risks early.
- Working closely with the Senior Lead to plan and prioritise team resource so the most important work gets the focus it needs.
- Leading regular workflow meetings that keep teams aligned, unblock issues and ensure everyone is clear on priorities.
- Owning the brand briefing process, ensuring briefs are accurate, complete and supported with the right inputs from across Brand, Social, Creative and Channel teams.
- Acting as the connector between teams, bringing Hello Studio, Social, Trade Marketing, Media Planning and Buying together to deliver as one.
- Supporting Hello Studio Producers in building efficient production plans, ensuring creative deliverables are right for channel and optimised for social first content.
- Improving processes across the creative and production journey to help the team scale output cost effectively.
About you.
- Strong project and workflow management experience with the ability to lead delivery from start to finish.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with confidence managing multiple workstreams at pace.
- Clear and adaptable communicator who can simplify complex processes for different teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast paced, agile environment.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the confidence to handle competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience partnering with creative and production teams.
- Strong understanding of social and digital best practice, including social first content requirements.
- Familiar with project management tools such as JIRA or Monday.com.
- Background in fast paced retail or similar growth focused environments.
- Experience working in a regulated business is a bonus.

You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position:
1st stage - An informal 30-45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd Stage – A one-hour formal task based interview where you can expect both competency and technical questions.
