About the role.
We’re looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join our Existing Customer Management team within Credit Risk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to learn, develop, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the optimisation of lending strategies and in-life credit decisions.
- Analyse customer behaviour and provide insights to improve decision-making.
- Work closely with senior analysts and managers to implement systemic changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and trusted third-party partners on exciting projects.
About you.
- Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Degree educated (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with SQL or SAS is an advantage—but not essential, as we’ll provide training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.

You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position:
1st Stage – A 30-45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the role and ask any questions you may have.
2nd Stage – A one-hour formal onsite interview where you can expect both competency and technical questions.
