What will you be doing?

As part of our Customer Care strategy, we are looking to configure, integrate and migrate to a new CRM platform.

As a result, we are looking for a CRM Solution Architect to join us on a contract basis, to help us on this journey.

You'll be embedded in to our Customer Care 'tribe' and will play a crucial role in ensuring that the design of the CRM platform meets the CC strategy and requirements and supports interaction with our customers.

You'll work with both internal specialists and 3rd parties to ensure the CRM platform is secure, scalable and resilient, whilst also ensure that DevOps best practices (CI/CD and Test Automation) are implemented.

What do you need?

  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Data Migration best practices
  • Integration best practices, including the development of APIs and RESTful web services
  • Management and leadership experience within a technology function
