About the role.
We’re looking for five brilliant Data Administrators to join our team and help make sure the products our customers love go live with accurate, high-quality data every time. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a passion for clean, trustworthy information and you enjoy making things work better, this could be the role for you.
As a Data Administrator, you’ll be the person behind the scenes ensuring every product lands on-site with the right details, the right attributes and the right information. You’ll validate, check and enrich product data before anything goes live.
What you’ll be doing
- Validating and approving product data before it goes live, ensuring it’s complete, accurate and compliant with our internal standards.
- Maintaining and improving navigation structures, attributes and taxonomies so customers can find products quickly and easily.
- Working closely with Retail Trade, Product Copy, suppliers and internal teams to gather, clarify and validate product information.
- Using AI driven tools and trusted external sources to enrich, validate and improve product data at scale.
- Supporting data governance, process improvements and quality audits to keep our product information accurate, consistent and reliable.
About you.
You’re someone who loves detail, consistency and clarity. You take pride in getting things right and enjoy working methodically. You’ll thrive here if you’re:
- Experienced in data administration, product data or ecommerce support.
- Obsessed with accuracy and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Confident working with structured product data, attributes and taxonomies.
- Great at engaging with internal teams and suppliers to get the information you need.
- Organised, methodical and comfortable working with high volumes of data and tight timelines.
- Proactive, solution oriented and always looking for a better way of doing things.
- Adaptable and open to learning new tools and technologies, including AI.
