About the role.

 We’re on the hunt for a forward-thinking, creative, and commercially savvy Influencer Marketing Lead to join our award-winning Marketing team. With our bold new brand strategy and a creative platform that’s already turning heads, this is your chance to make a real impact by driving best-in-class influencer campaigns across our multi-category department store. 

 From fashion and beauty to home, toys, and tech, you’ll be at the heart of it all—building authentic partnerships with creators, delivering scroll-stopping content, and ensuring our brand is the one everyone’s talking about. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Shape the strategy: Develop and evolve our influencer marketing approach across brand, category, and campaign initiatives. 
  • Deliver impactful campaigns: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of influencer activity that drives brand love, customer engagement, and commercial results. 
  • Spot the stars: Oversee talent discovery and selection, ensuring we partner with creators who truly align with our brand values and resonate with our audiences. 
  • Measure success: Build a robust measurement framework to track performance, optimise spend, and deliver actionable insights. 
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with teams across social, PR, paid media, and creative to maximise the reach and impact of influencer content. 
  • Lead a team: Inspire and develop a high-performing team of five, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

About you.

  • A strong background in Influencer Marketing, ideally within retail or lifestyle sectors, with a proven ability to deliver impactful results. 
  • Leadership skills: A proven track record of leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strategic thinking: The ability to craft data-driven, insight-led strategies that deliver both brand and commercial results. 
  • Cultural know-how: A deep understanding of influencer culture, platform trends, and emerging talent. 
  • Creativity and commercial acumen: A knack for creating visually stunning content that aligns with trading objectives. 
  • Analytical mindset: Confidence in evaluating performance data and making decisions that drive ROI. 
  • Compliance expertise: In-depth knowledge of ASA guidelines and content governance. 
  • Collaboration skills: Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence across teams and levels.

You can expect a one-stage interview process for this position:

1st stage - An informal 30 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.

2nd stage -  A one-hour formal task based interview. This will be held in-person at our London office.
