About the team

We're looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to support our dynamic and growing Sports team.

This is an exciting time to join our team, as the category is experiencing strong growth and continued investment. You'll be part of a dynamic environment focused on strengthening our product offering and enhancing the customer experience.

In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the development and success of the range, offering you an excellent opportunity to launch your career in merchandising.

You'll work closely with leading brands like Adidas, New Balance and The North Face, assisting in the management of supplier orderbooks, forecasting, raising contracts and data management to ensure smooth running of the category.

About the role

  • Orderbook maintenance, ensuring intake dates are maintained, cancellations and rebuys actioned
  • Liaising with Ops team to progress inbound stock and ensure timely deliveries
  • Utilising forecasting app to provide forward forecasts for carryover lines
  • Generating routine reports for the category team, providing administrative support and data analysis as needed.
  • Resolution of inbound stock queries – identifying errors in deliveries, colour, quantity and set up discrepancies
