About the role

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing general office management at our brand-new Central London office. Your duties will include managing reception, handling post and visitor management, coordinating contractor services, and overseeing hospitality. 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Provide general administrative support to office staff, management, key stakeholders and executive board members. 
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained. 
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events. 
  • Undertake daily office audits covering Health & Safety, cleanliness and maintenance onsite.  
  • Manage inbound and outbound post  
  • Ensure all office areas are kept in good condition and report any housekeeping or maintenance issues including any first aid equipment. 
  • Greet visitors and ensure they are properly accommodated. 
  • Work closely with onsite and company security to protect integrity of the office for colleagues and property management. 

About you.

  • Proven experience in managing office operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and coordinating contractor services. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. 
  • IOSH managing safely qualification (desired).
