About the role.

We’re expanding our Digital Marketing Team to drive profitable revenue growth and attract new customers through high-performing digital campaigns. We’re now hiring a Paid Social Lead — a key role responsible for leading paid campaigns across social platforms and managing day-to-day media spend to deliver strong ROI.

This is a fast-paced, exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our customers and our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Leadership: Plan, execute, and optimise in-house campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, covering all stages of the funnel.
  • Team Management: Report into the Digital Marketing Lead for Paid Social and lead a team of Managers, Executives, and Assistants.
  • Budget Oversight: Allocate and optimise paid social budgets across platforms and campaigns, ensuring KPIs such as ROI are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for paid social, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Performance Reporting: Translate platform and internal data into clear performance insights for a range of stakeholders.
  • Strategy Development: Identify and implement test-and-learn opportunities to improve performance and evolve the paid social strategy.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with platform changes and industry trends.

About you.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a deep understanding of paid social ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Proven experience managing multiple direct reports.
  • Skilled in both direct response (including feed-based activity) and brand campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with digital measurement tools such as GA4, MMM, and MTA.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail - proofreading, spelling, and grammar are second nature.
