About the role.

We are expanding our Digital Marketing Team to help maximise the profitable acquisition of new customers and generation of sales from existing customers across Paid Social platforms. We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the ownership of campaigns in social platforms and is accountable for the day-to-day management of efficient media spend and generation of new customers. It’s a fast paced, exciting role and a great opportunity to make a difference to our customers and to our business.  

Key responsibilities:  

  • Campaign leadership – plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube platforms across all levels of the funnel 
  • Budgeting optimisation - oversee and allocate paid social budgets across platforms and campaigns ensuring KPIs such as ROI is met 
  • Stake holder management - act as a main point of contact in the business for paid social and be a voice of the team though collaboration with internal teams and external partners  
  • Ability to translate and explain platform and internal data to report the performance of activity effectively to a range of different stakeholders 
  • Identify test and learn opportunities to improve performance and advance the paid social strategy and put these into effect 
  • Line management responsibility – Digital Marketing Manager will report into the Digital Marketing Lead for Paid Social and would be support by team of Executives.  
  • Keeping up to date on industry and platform trends and changes.  

About you.

  • 3-5 years marketing experience with a strong understanding of paid social ecosystems  
  • Hands on experience of managing Paid Social campaigns  
  • Experience of managing and developing a direct report 
  • Experience of both direct response activity utilising feeds and branding activity 
  • Analytical skills and good level of understanding of Excel  
  • Understanding of digital marketing measurement tools – GA4, MMM, MTA 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills  
  • Proactive and enthusiastic  
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines  
  • Must have high attention to detail e.g. proofreading, spelling, grammar

2nd Stage – A one-hour formal task based interview where you can expect both competency and technical questions.
