Pricing Analyst - 12-month FTC

About the role.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Pricing Manager and wider team to manage pricing activities, support promotional events, and deliver insightful analysis that drives commercial success.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systematically loading approved price changes into our systems.
- Producing weekly reports to help the Fashion team identify pricing actions as part of the Clear as You Go process.
- Supporting the Pricing Manager and Pricing Leads with analysis on event performance, stock cover, and margin optimisation.
- Monitoring competitor pricing strategies, including price architecture and indexing, and sharing insights with the wider team.
- Improving stock health efficiencies by managing aged and long stocks through process and reporting enhancements.
- Liaising with the pricing operations team to track the status of pricing actions.
- Reviewing price proposals for accuracy before approval.
- Coordinating disposals and providing historical analysis to support event planning.
- Reviewing and maintaining the pricing hierarchy.
About you.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of numeracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage line-level roll-ups and margin impact using existing templates.
- Awareness of wider business operations and the commercial impact of pricing decisions.
- A creative, passionate, and innovative mindset.
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A degree is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

2nd stage - A one-hour formal interview. This will be held in-person at our Speke, Liverpool office.
