We’re looking for an ambitious and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our External Partnering & Procurement (EP&P) team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your commercial skills, and play a key role in sourcing the services and solutions that keep our business moving.
From negotiating smart deals to analysing data and supporting strategic decisions, you’ll be at the heart of creating best-in-class partnerships that power efficiency, growth and value for our customers and colleagues. What you’ll be doing:
- Support smart sourcing: Assist with the procurement of non-merchandise suppliers, ensuring we achieve the best value and manage risk effectively.
- Get hands-on with contracts: Help draft and manage agreements, working closely with Legal and other teams to ensure compliance.
- Analyse and report: Collate data, track performance against targets, and produce reports on cost savings, supplier performance, and payment terms.
- Build relationships: Work with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and support them in getting the best outcomes.
- Learn and grow: Gain exposure to negotiations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing in a supportive, collaborative environment.
About you
- A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with a strong interest in procurement, supply chain, or commercial roles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot opportunities.
- Confident communicator with great organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like Jira is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially aware and excited to develop your skills in cost and cash control.

You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position:
1st stage - An informal 30-45 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd stage - A one-hour formal competency based interview. This will be held in-person at our Liverpool office.
