- Lead the delivery of fulfilment change projects through to implementation, handover and post-implementation review.
- Identify project risks and issues early and put effective mitigating actions in place.
- Develop testing strategies, plans, scripts, acceptance criteria and go/no-go definitions.
- Lead User Acceptance and regression testing, managing results, defects and their potential impact.
- Bring operational and technical stakeholders together to support successful implementation and transition into BAU.
- Communicate project and testing progress clearly, from initial purpose through to implementation and closure.
About you
We’re looking for someone who can combine strong project delivery skills with a structured approach to testing.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience delivering projects and an understanding of project management methodologies, risks and mitigation.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex or technical issues simply.
- Experience testing core systems, ideally within a large-scale automated logistics or warehouse environment.
- Good knowledge of system, regression and User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience working with technical, operational and project stakeholders.
- The confidence to challenge constructively, identify differences between expected and actual system behaviour, and recommend solutions.
- The ability to build effective working relationships internally and with external suppliers.
